At last, an honest company that does what it says it will do. First contact was with Paul who answered my questions with honesty and speed, placed the order for a Sauna Heater and Control Panel, delivery was quick and the quality of the heater was better than I expected on opening.
When wiring it in my Electrician didn’t read the full instructions provided but Paul saved the day by answering the problem and pointing out our error in a very pleasant way. It’s a delight to use, the control panel is great, and I would highly recommend Paul’s Sauna Shop, an honest guy with principles and quality products is rare in this day and age.
